Fine- agree to disagree. Got rooms on the cheap several time during Covid- fountain view (w in room music) is unbeatable. I still like poker there, and Sportsbook, even tho its dated. And restaurants are dope (tho you certainly don't have to stay to eat).

I would say the allure of this hotel would be the fact that it is new and everything will be crispy clean, other then that it pretty bland on the inside, the pool is area is very nice also

Which one would be the best for a nice strip view?

I think this works best for male/female couples. $150 to be able to sit down, hopefully get a few free drinks, and get to experience the Vegas party vibe. Even if you have to go to the bar and buy a couple drinks you still are out of pocket $200 - $250 at most. This option addresses the issue of couples visiting Vegas and not being able to find adequate nightlife for a reasonable price. If you are from Vegas (or even Cali), and you got friends that you can get a section with, then this experience could feel subpar. And if you are visiting Vegas with 4 or more people then there's no need to share a section. But when it's just you and the misses traveling from the East Coast with no connects, the options are limited. Party Buses are a good option, but this also seems pretty solid.

The reality is that sections work for wealthy people, large groups of people (4+), well connected people, and attractive women. If you and your party don't fit any of those and you want a part of the Vegas nightlife, then just do a party bus or go somewhere downtown like Goldspike.
